Team Plans for Festival Weekends
We wanted to give everyone a quick update on our team plans for festival (race) weekends this season. Check TeamSnap for deadlines, pre-ride times, and GRiT rides!
A few things to note:
- The first race is on a Saturday! This changes our normal routine a bit.
- We’re planning to camp at Trek (weather permitting, we’ll cancel early if it looks too cold)
- Meals are included in your team fees and you’re welcome to join even if you don’t camp!
- Please Signup for camping as soon as you can. Signups are at the link below. Each event has a separate camping deadline (listed below and in TeamSnap)
- Please update the Camping Tracker even if you are NOT camping.

- $200 per family + $150 for each additional rider
- Check payable to North Shore MTB Club

- Please include rider name(s) in the memo.

Please sell Raffle tickets!
Reminder, the more we sell the less we need to raise each season via team fees!
- 50/50 proceeds benefit NICA & our team
- League recommends 12 tickets per rider (not required—if you don’t plan to sell, please let Emily know)
- Last day to sell: Oct. 17/18 – practice before Nordic Mountain Race Weekend
- Return ALL unsold tickets, stubs & money to Emily
- Cash or checks payable to North Shore MTB Club

Do You Have a Truck or Tow Vehicle?
We need parents who can tow the team trailer to festival weekends. If you have a pickup truck or tow-capable vehicle and can help, please let us know!
